HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS?

"Ready to Ship" items will ship within 1-3 business days.
*Sales and new product launches - Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be made due to increased demand.

WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

Ursina's is based out of North County, San Diego. All orders are hand made and shipped by me in person.

DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS?

YES! If an item you love is sold out, don't worry - it will be back! Restocks are posted on instagram @ursinasdecoshop.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?

I will gladly accept returns and exchanges . Contact me within 7 days of delivery. Ship back items within 14 days of delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

HOW MUCH IS THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE?

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Prices vary depending on size of order and location.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving them item(s) back in their original condition.
